The Columbiettes have created a great game plan!  Two elements of this game plan that depend on the Brother Knights is providing the physical labor on 12/18 to move furniture and do physical set up for the party and to stick around after the party to tear down and put it all back together again as we found it.  That means we need 4-6 guys to show up at 8 am for about an hour.  Then, after the party, tear down will be from 9:30 to 11.  The second need is for us to man the bar. We will need to set up 3 one-hour shifts with two men per shift. More detail on this to follow.
