Financial Secretary report: 221 Members, 1 transfer in. We have about 75 members in arrears. The list has been turned over to the Retention Chairman Godshall for followup.
Non-Financial:

  • Badges are in and should be picked up.
  • Parking help is needed for Easter Sunday and IFF.  Signup sheet is being circulated.
  • State Raffle: We had less than 50% participation in the raffle this year so our council only made $677.50. No tickets will be accepted after tonight’s meeting.
  • Golf Outing: Like last year, our golf outing is at the MUNI (Wilmington Municipal Golf Course). It’s an afternoon event starting at 12:30.  We need sponsors and we need players. Last year we brought in over $5K for our various charities and programs. The co-chairmen of the outing are Jason Theobald and Scott Caparelli.
  • Final Four Pool: Three games with payouts of $250, $250 and $500. It’s $20 and limited to 100 tickets. Proceeds will help our patriotic involvement.

Treasurer’s report: provided report on finances.

New Business:  Not recorded.

Family:

  • Please help out any way you can for the International Food Festival which is a huge event and helps raise a lot of money for a variety of needs. Parking, setup and teardown are in need of colunteers.

  • The DD thanked us for the council's support of the State Raffle and accepted our turnover of stubs and proceeds.
