  • Community: Veterans - Joe Hellmann and John Bolger were at the Mud Run. (We would have had better participation but it conflicted with the IFF.)
  • Council:
    • Mark Pahl talked about the upcoming Family Picnic being held at his home on Memorial Day weekend beginning at 2pm with dinner at 6.
    • Family Golf Outing - Mark Pahl reported on the outing where 59 golfers came out for a great day of golf. The support of our sponsors greatly helped to make the day a complete success.

LAMB Report:

  • A State resolution concerning LAMB was placed in writing about the importance of LAMB and that every member nees to be involved in the State's #1 charity.
  • The council is in need of a LAMB Director. At the present, no LAMB events are planned. Street collections take time to plan. Assistance from the LAMB East chairman will be provided.
  • The LAMB Spring event went off on Saturday, May 9, despite lots of rain. There was lots of fun and laughs to counter the grey skies. We did not raise any money, we didn't do much to raise awareness, but those that were there with intellectual difficulties had a blast. Senator Mike Lee vowed to pursue more state government involvement.
