The Grand Knight, James Laraia, called the meeting to order and received a report from the Warden that all present were in possession of their membership cards. The prayer was led by our Spiritual Director and the Pledge of Allegiance was recited.

Spiritual Director Report:
- Mentioned the Habitat for Humanity project underway and hope brother knights will volunteer.
- Asked for prayers for his brother-in-law who is in hospice. Also for his 4 week old grandson who needs trach reconstruction.
The minutes from May's meeting are on the council website; however, they were read and approved without modification.
Admission Committee Report:
- No membership applicitations have been received.
Balloting for Membership:
- None as no applications to act upon.
Grand Knight Report:
- The Knight of the Month is Ron Probst for ...
- The Family of the Month are Mark & Jan Pahl for opeining up their home for the council picnic and for making all welcome.
- John Bolger was asked to report on Veterans programs.
- Household goods are being collected for verterans to be distributed through Disabled American Veterans (DAV).
- Wreaths Across America will be another program focused upon later in the year.
Treasurer Report:
- The Treasurer reported on the account balances.
Bills and Communications:
- Bills:
- Supreme - Monthly Membership & Financial statement showing a credit at the endo fo the fraternal year.
- Letters:
- Supreme Knight Carl Anderson - Emphasizing the importance of the Safe Environment Program. Included with the letter was a Q&A pamphlet.
- E-mails:
- State General Program Director Paul Spire - The Annual Organization Meeting is in Fayetteville at St. Patrick's. On Friday evening, 7/10, will be a time and telent event. All are welcome. All are invited to the actual organization meeting on Saturday, 7/11.
- District Deputy Frank Weisgerber - Speaker and Social at Council 1074. Curt Stiles will give a longer talk on the state of the Holy Land.
Financial Secretary Report:
- He and Treasurer are workin gon the budget for the next FY.
- Has started a program to verify member information so that the Supreme database can be brought up to date.
Report of Service Program Committees:
- Church: The youth group at St. Mark's will be going to Steubenville East. Knights Steve Peters and Paaul Abbe and Columbietter Joel Peters will be chaperones.
- Culture of Life:
- No Prayer Vigil scheduled during June.
- The primary Culture of Life fundraiser will again be the NFL Football Pool. Booklets are available after the meeting. For every ten booklets sold, the seller gets one free.

Kenny Merck presented the list of candidates for the fraternal year 2015-2016. New Business:
- Election of council officers for the 2015-16 Fraternal Year. No additional nominees were put forward. First, a motion was made by Ken Merck to close the nominations for Grand Knight, seconded by Ron Daniels, and unanimous approval. Second, a motion was made by Ron Daniels to close the nominations for the remaining poositions, seconded by Ken Merck, and unanimous approval.
Fourth Degree Report:
- SK Decker briefly talked about the near-term Fourth Degree activities listed below:
- 6/14 Flag Day - Start of 21 Day Flag Salute
- 6/15 - 7/03 21 Day Flag Salute
- 7/04 Independence Day - Close of 21 Day Flag Salute
District Deputy Report:
- DD1 Frank Weisgerber mentioned that move of Council 12017 to District 25 has not been finalized.
- Also, congratulations on a successful election and thanks to GK Laraia for all his good work.
Guest District Deputy Report:
- DD25 Ray Gromadski echoed the remarks of DD1.
Regional District Deputy Report:
- RDD1 JP Horvat presented the GK with a pocket cross.
